Billing and the 14-day trial

Plans

Both plans include one Home Assistant device, three custom IoT routes, and unlimited client devices per home, plus P2P WireGuard encryption, per-home isolation, offline email alerts, device moves, iOS and Android access, and the Home Assistant add-on.

Trial terms

Monthly billing starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, and the trial is limited to one per account. Cancel anytime.

Cancellation

After cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period, so no paid time is lost. Homes and devices are not deleted; access becomes restricted and can be restored on reactivation.
