Move devices between homes

What can move

Client devices such as phones and laptops can be moved between homes you own from the Portal. The move is orchestrated server-side and fails closed so the device is not active in two homes at once.

What stays fixed

The HAOS or Supervised routing device inside a home cannot be moved. It is paired to that home and is responsible for its assigned routes.

After a move

The client receives access only to the explicitly assigned routes for its new home. Access to the previous home is removed as part of the move.
